Whether you have no equipment or your own home gym, we are here to help. You can be trained in your own house, flat, garden, garage, at work or in your local park, wherever is convenient for you.
The Personal Training Process
Before any training begins, all of our clients receive a free initial consultation. to find out more.
This allows your trainer to fully understand how we can help you, what you want to achieve and what your current health, fitness and lifestyle is like.
Your trainer will then design you an exercise programme that is scientifically supported and completely specific to you and your goals. Everything will be clearly explained, demonstrated and instructed by your trainer. They will motivate you and provide nutritional support and advice, whilst ensuring everything you do is safe. Your trainer will also monitor you progress so that they can adjust your programme as you develop, enabling you to keep reaching and maintaining your goals.
