REPS__STAMP

Every sport has it's own unique physical characteristics and requirements. The closer the training activity is to the actual sporting requirements and movements, the greater the likelihood that there will be a positive transfer to that sport.

We will design you a programme that is completely specific to you and your sport. We we fully assess your current fitness and the strengths and weaknesses of your performance, enabling us to help you reach peak performance.

The training we provide will be designed to incorporate and compliment any existing training you may do with your team or coach.
